REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund Policy

The Brownie Studio is not responsible for any mistake in the details provided by the customer such as pickup date/time etc. In such a case if order is not prepared/delivered because of the incorrect details provided by customer/representative thereof, payments made shall not be refunded.

Refunds will not include tax, credit/debit card processing fee in any of the refund circumstances.

It is entirely up to the Brownie Studio discretion, to change, cancel, refund or otherwise offer any other option to the customer.

All refunds shall be made within the period of 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.

The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, and preparation time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be canceled after assessing the circumstances and communicating with the customer. In such cases the amount paid is fully refunded.

Any complaints on the product quality / Website will fall under Chennai Jurisdiction.

For rescheduling order, you need to inform us at-least 48 hours before pickup time.

The product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate and indicative. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the products finally prepared.

In case we detect fraudulent behavior, we are liable to cancel the order at our discretion and we will not refund money in such cases.

If the duplicate order with the similar details are placed, we will try to contact the customer, and in case of no response from the customer, we will process both the orders. Any argument risen after that will not be entertained.
